Empower Hair And Beauty Academy Booking Policy
- Booking Courses
- All
appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or in person. - A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
2. Payment Terms
- Full
payment must be made before the service or class starts. - Payment
can be made via cash, card, or other accepted methods. - All
deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment
if notice is given.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure
to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. - No-shows
will be charged 50% of the full service or class fee.
4. Late Arrivals
- Please
arrive 10 minutes before your course start time. - Late
arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on
availability.
5. Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the academy cancels a session.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with services if proper procedures and
expectations were followed.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients and students must inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns prior to their appointment.
- The academy reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety.
7. Student Services
- Some services may be performed by students under the supervision of professional instructors.
- Services may take longer than standard course times.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behaviour is expected from all clients, students and course attendees.
- The academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour.
