Miss Louise Bell’s journey into the hairdressing industry was inspired by her childhood, surrounded by the buzz of her grandmother’s salon.
From a young age, she found herself drawn to the craft, starting her professional journey straight out of school as an apprentice.
She acquired her skills further at
Sheffield College, developing a deep passion for the art of hairdressing.
After working in salons and gaining invaluable experience, Louise welcomed her first son and made the decision to go freelance.
Balancing family life and a growing
career, she built up a loyal clientele by providing services both at home and on
the go. Her exceptional talent led to a thriving wedding hair business, further
solidifying her reputation in the industry.
With a passion for sharing knowledge, Louise completed her teaching qualifications and began mentoring students, many of whom were seeking fresh starts or pursuing new careers in hair and beauty. Even amidst personal challenges, such as welcoming her second son, navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, and overcoming postnatal depression, Louise remained steadfast in her mission to empower
others.
Recognizing the struggles faced by many during difficult times, Louise decided to channel her resilience and expertise into creating the Empower Hair and Beauty Academy.
Her vision is simple yet profound: to inspire and uplift individuals, helping
them transform their lives and achieve their dreams. Whether it’s starting a
part-time hustle, earning extra income for their families, or building a
full-fledged career, Louise believes that anyone can rewrite their story and
become their own boss.
The academy stands as a testament to her belief in empowerment, resilience, and the transformative power of education.
